ClashGrid is an Android application that allows users to track Clash of Clans upgrade progress using home screen widgets. The App is completely free and does not contain advertisements, in-app purchases, or subscriptions.

The App does not require account registration and does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or process:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Passwords
  • IP address
  • Precise location data
  • Contacts
  • Photos or media files
  • Advertising ID

The App does not sell, rent, or share user data with any third parties.

3. Game Data Imported by the User

The App allows users to import game data in JSON format exported from Clash of Clans.

This imported data may include:

  • Player Tag
  • Building information
  • Troop information
  • Pet information
  • Upgrade details

This data:

  • Is stored locally on your device
  • Is not transmitted to any server controlled by us
  • Is not shared with any third party

All game-related data remains under your control on your device.

4. Analytics and Crash Reporting

The App uses Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics, services provided by Google, to help improve performance and stability.

These services may automatically collect limited technical information such as:

  • App usage statistics
  • Device type
  • Operating system version
  • Crash logs

This information is used solely to:

  • Improve app functionality
  • Fix bugs
  • Enhance user experience

We do not use analytics data to personally identify users.

5. Data Storage

All user-imported game data is stored locally on your device.

We do not operate a backend server and do not store user data on external servers.

The App may request the following permission:

  • Notifications Permission – Used to send upgrade-related reminders and widget updates.

The App does not request unnecessary permissions.

7. Children’s Privacy

ClashGrid is intended for users of all ages.

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any users.

8. Data Security

Since all user data is stored locally on the device and not transmitted to our servers, users maintain full control over their data.

We take reasonable steps to ensure the App operates securely and reliably.

9. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party service:

  • Firebase (Google) – for analytics and crash reporting only.

No other third-party SDKs or services are integrated into the App.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be reflected by revising the “Effective Date” above.
